Mailing FCRA letters is a federal requirement for organizations that make employment decisions using background checks provided by a Consumer Reporting Agency. BIB’s system can automatically generate and mail FCRA letters on BIB or your organization’s branded letterhead. Each letter contains detailed contact information, dispute instructions and a copy of the screening report. Adverse Action Administrator provides our Policy Manager customers with on-going status updates regarding letter distribution and report disputes.
