How To Dispute Your Background Report:
If a consumer identifies information on our consumer report that they believe is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, it may be reported to Background Investigation Bureau (BIB) for re-investigation. The dispute investigation process may take up to 30 days, depending on the information being disputed.
