How do I check the status of a background check order?

Sign in to your Bchex account at any time to see where each order stands and open completed reports. If an order looks stuck, send a request on this page and choose "An order or report status."

What should I do if I can’t log in to my Bchex account?

Send a request on this page and choose "Logins or user access," or call Client Services at 877-439-3900 during business hours. Include the email address you sign in with and your organization’s name so the team can find your account.

Who do I contact about a Bchex invoice?

Billing questions go to the same Client Services team. Choose "Billing or an invoice" in the form on this page, or email clientservices@bchex.io, and include the invoice number if you have it.

How long do Bchex background checks take?
