Service Update: Authorization Requirements for Georgia Statewide Searches

Please be advised that the Georgia Police Department has updated the requirements for the authorization form necessary to conduct statewide searches.
Effective immediately, all authorization forms must include either:
- A digital software signature or
- A date/time stamp and IP address
Forms that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted, and requests may be delayed or rejected.

Service Update: Immediate Court Access Fee Increase - Idaho Statewide Criminal Searches

Please be advised that there has been an increase to the court access fee for Idaho (ID) statewide criminal searches, effective immediately.
The fee has increased from $1.25 to $2.00 per search and applies to all Idaho statewide criminal search requests processed on or after the effective date.

Service Advisory: Bangladesh Verification Delays

We would like to inform you that universities across Bangladesh are currently observing a government-mandated closure due to the ongoing global energy and fuel crisis, combined with the scheduled Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.
Effective March 9, 2026 through March 23, 2026, all public and private universities in Bangladesh will suspend most academic activities in accordance with government directives issued by the Ministry of Education.
While limited administrative operations may continue, university offices are functioning at a reduced capacity, which may result in delays in verifications during this period.
Normal processing timelines are expected to resume once universities reopen and regular administrative operations are restored.

We would like to inform you that several regions throughout the Middle East are currently experiencing service disruptions that are impacting court searches and verification services.
At this time, Iran, Lebanon, and Israel are currently unavailable for processing due to ongoing operational disruptions. As a result, background screening searches and verifications in these locations are temporarily on hold until access to institutions and record sources is restored.
Additionally, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman are experiencing processing delays. While services remain available in these regions, response times may be longer than usual due to limited access to certain records and institutions.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as conditions change and normal operations resume.

We would like to inform you of recent changes to court access fees in select California counties, effective immediately.
The following changes will apply to all applicable California county search requests processed on or after the effective date:
Inyo County: Decreased from $15.00 to $2.75 per search
Lassen County: New fee of $2.75 per search
Orange County: New fee of $1.75 per search
Mariposa County: New fee of $2.75 per search
Modoc County: Decreased from $15.00 to $1.00 per search

Effective February 16, 2026, the New Mexico driver's record fee has increased from $6.50 to $10.00 per record. All New Mexico MVR requests processed on or after this date are subject to the updated $10.00 fee.
