At this time, the PAT remains unavailable, and the court clerks have not provided an estimated timeframe for resolution. Please expect delays in processing all searches within Stewart County courts until the system is restored.

Update: NC Odyssey Court System Migration – Access Restored

We are pleased to inform you that the North Carolina Judicial Branch has completed the Odyssey Case Management System migration for the Track 10 counties. Court access and search capabilities have now been fully restored in the following counties: Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Davidson, Davie, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, McDowell, Rowan, and Rutherford.
All North Carolina statewide searches are now processing normally, and no further disruptions are expected related to this transition.

This is a reminder regarding the upcoming migration to North Carolina’s Odyssey Case Management System by the NC Judicial Branch, scheduled to begin next week.
 
The upcoming migration will affect the following Track 9 Counties:
Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Caswell, Forsyth, Madison, Mitchell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin, and Yancey.
During this time, North Carolina statewide searches could be impacted, particularly for courts in the Track 9 counties listed above. We will continue to monitor the migration process closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.

Lincoln County, KY Court Closure – June 17–21

Please be advised that court operations in Lincoln County, Kentucky, are temporarily paused for the week of June 17–21 due to necessary building repairs following recent flooding.
