Bchex Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Bchex Referral Program ("Program") rewards individuals or organizations ("Referrers") for introducing new clients ("Referees") to Bchex solutions, including Bchex Core Screening Services, Chex365, Chexpass, SecureVolunteer, and Bchex for Small Business.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Eligible Referrals

A referral is considered valid if the referred organization:

• Is not an existing Bchex customer
• Is not currently in an active sales process with Bchex
• Has not used Bchex services within the past 12 months
• Signs up within 6 months of referral submission
• Identifies the referrer at signup or is submitted through bchex.io/referral

If multiple referrals are submitted for the same organization, only the first verified referral will be eligible.

Reward Structure

Referral rewards are tiered based on contract value and activation level.

Rewards are typically issued 30 days after contract start, first invoice payment, or paid activation, depending on the product.

Rewards may be issued as:

• Account credit
• Digital gift card
• Equivalent-value donation (for public sector referrals)

Final reward values are determined by product type, contract size, and actual billing.

All referral rewards are capped at a maximum of 10% of the referred organization's first-year contract value.

Published reward examples and tier ranges are illustrative and not guaranteed.

Product-Specific Reward Conditions

Bchex Core Screening Services

Referral rewards are tiered based on contract size.

Referrers may earn up to $2,000 per referral, subject to the 10% maximum reward limit.

Referred organizations may receive onboarding incentives, discounts, or account credits.

Chex365 Continuous Monitoring

Referral rewards are tiered based on contract size.

Referrers may earn up to $1,000 per referral, subject to the 10% maximum reward limit.

Referred organizations may receive setup discounts, onboarding incentives, or implementation credits.

Bchex for Small Business

Referral rewards typically range from $100–$300 per referral, depending on contract size.

Referred organizations may receive discounts on their first screening bundle or setup fees.

All rewards remain subject to the 10% maximum reward limit.

Chexpass

Chexpass is free forever for one location.

Rewards are issued only when a referred organization activates a paid Chexpass plan, such as adding locations or upgrading features.

Referrers may earn up to $100 per referral, subject to the 10% maximum reward limit.

Referred organizations may receive discounts on their first paid invoice.

No reward is issued for free plan signups.

SecureVolunteer

SecureVolunteer is free to start.

Rewards are issued when a referred organization activates paid SecureVolunteer services.

Reward amounts vary based on implementation and usage and remain subject to the 10% maximum reward limit.

Public Sector Compliance

For referrals involving public schools, dioceses, government agencies, or other public institutions:

Direct monetary rewards may not be permitted.

In these cases, Bchex may provide:

• Account credit to the organization
• Donation to an approved nonprofit or school foundation
• Equivalent-value non-cash contributions

Bchex reserves the right to determine compliant reward structures.

Timing & Limitations

• Referrals remain valid for 6 months after submission
• Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of eligibility notice
• There is no limit on the number of referrals
• Rewards are based on actual contract value and activation status

Bchex reserves the right to:

• Verify referral eligibility
• Deny rewards in cases of fraud or abuse
• Modify reward amounts
• Update or discontinue the Program at any time
