Bchex is committed to working with suppliers and business partners who share our values regarding human rights and ethical business practices. We expect all our suppliers and partners to:
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, and working conditions.
  • Ensure that their operations are free from any form of human trafficking, slavery, or exploitation.
  • Conduct business with transparency and provide adequate documentation to demonstrate compliance with anti-trafficking laws and standards.
If we become aware of any violation of our policies or legal requirements regarding human trafficking within our supply chain or business relationships, we will take appropriate actions, which may include terminating the business relationship or reporting to the appropriate authorities.
 
4. Employee Training & Awareness
Bchex is dedicated to raising awareness about human trafficking and ensuring that all employees understand the importance of combating such activities. To that end, we:
  • Provide training on identifying and preventing human trafficking, including recognizing signs of exploitation and understanding how to respond to potential incidents.
