1. How much can I earn for a referral?

Referral rewards vary based on the product and activation level. Most referrals earn up to 10% of the referred organization’s first-year value, with rewards ranging from about $100 to $2,000+ per referral.

Final reward amounts are based on the actual contract and activation level.

2. When do I receive my referral reward?

Rewards are issued about 30 days after activation, which may include:

  • Contract start date
  • First invoice payment
  • Paid plan activation

Timing depends on the product being referred.

3. Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?

No. There is no limit on referrals.

You can refer as many organizations as you like, and each qualifying referral may earn rewards.

4. Who is eligible to receive referral rewards?

Current Bchex customers can submit referrals.

Referral rewards are available for new Bchex customers who were not already working with Bchex.

5. Are there restrictions for schools or government organizations?

Many public institutions often cannot accept direct monetary rewards.

In these cases, Bchex may provide:

  • A donation to an approved nonprofit or school foundation or approved alternative

 

6. What organizations do NOT qualify for referral rewards?

Referrals are not eligible if the organization:

  • Is already a Bchex customer
  • Is already in active discussions with Bchex
  • Used Bchex services within the past 12 months

If duplicate referrals are submitted, only the first verified referral will qualify.

7. How are referral rewards calculated?

Referral rewards are typically up to 10% of the referred organization’s first-year contract value.

Actual reward amounts depend on:

  • Product selection
  • Activation level
  • Contract size

Final reward values are determined by Bchex.

8. Can referral rewards change?

Yes. Referral program terms and reward amounts may change over time.

9. What counts as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when the organization becomes a new Bchex customer and activates one or more solutions.

Rewards are based on activation and first-year usage.
