Monroe has been a driving force in the growth and success of BIB for over ten years, as he previously served as Chief Operating Officer. He believes in listening to customers to drive innovation. Since becoming CEO he has already met with over twenty different customers in focus group meetings.
As CEO, Monroe will focus on the company's mission of making technology that ensures the well-being of organizations and expands opportunities for job seekers–no matter their background.
